The products are shipped with DHL and delivered safely to the address you specify within 1-3 working days if the product is in our store (except in extremely inaccessible areas where delivery may take up to 7 working days), otherwise you will be informed by our store for the date of receipt.
The Constantinos-Jewellery.com does not recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, in which case the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts.
Orders within Greece cost 3.00€, while for orders over 100€ the shipping is free of charge throughout Greece.
Payment by cash on delivery is charged 2.00€.
For all orders, packaging costs are free of charge for all of Greece.
The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. Upon completion of your order and when it is ready for shipment you will be sent by email the voucher code - shipping number of your package in order to be able to track its progress through the website of the courier company you have chosen.
